We will be spending time in the city area today instead of doing day trips or to travel to the outskirts. We will be checking out places for more good food and shopping! We started the day with a nice traditional breakfast at 永和豆浆油条大王 Yong He Eating House.
We had lunch at the food court in 統一阪急百貨台北店. Apparently you can find good food at food court other than night markets in Taiwan.
A trip to Taiwan is never complete without pineapple pastry. We made a trip to ChiaTe Bakery Shop to get the pineapple pastry. We also got the cranberry flavored pastry which tasted even better than the pineapple flavored ones. Every piece is filled with wholesome cranberries and pineapple paste.
Dinner was settled at 馬辣火鍋西門店 where we had steamboat buffet. The highlights were the Angus Beef and the Movenpick/Haagen Daz Ice Cream. They provided different types of sauces to complement the food.
