We went to Lotte World via the subway. Lotte World was a popular theme park located in the city area. The theme park comprised both indoor and outdoor areas with a wide range of activities and attractions for everyone. The indoor section had a pseudo hot air balloon where we could get a bird's eye view of the attractions. The more thrilling rides could be found in the outdoor section.
We had lunch at Arirang Cafe where we ordered a noodle and rice combo set. Usually meals were quite expensive in theme parks. Hence it was a pleasant surprise to get good tasting meals at reasonable prices in Lotte World.
Lotte World along with Lotte Mall and Lotte Tower overlooked the serene Seokchon Lake. At this time of the year, Seokchon Lake was surrounded with Cherry Blossoms. It was awesome strolling along the lake under the glittering canopy of the Cherry Blossoms. At times, we also experienced a shower of pink petals when the wind blew.
We returned to Myeongdong in the evening for our dinner at the popular 유가네 닭갈비 Yoogane Chicken Galbi restaurant. The meal was actually cooked at our table so we could eat it immediately when it was ready.
